Delivery Information

• We use Royal Mail services (24 and 48 hour) for all shipments in the UK and unfortunately they are a little delayed in some areas so your order may arrive a little later than expected, please be patient as they are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
• Please ensure you are aware of the processing times on the listings. 
• International shipments are experiencing delays in some countries so please allow extra time for delivery. We cannot be held responsible for delays in transit. There are especially long delays for a lot of states where the post transits through to Chicago so please allow for delays when ordering internationally.
• Processing time is not the delivery time, shipping time is on top of this. We cannot guarantee delivery on a particular date, if you are unsure, please message before you order. Our current processing time is 1-3 working days (Monday - Friday).
• Orders are processed on first come first served therefore I don't prioritise any orders. Please do not write notes in orders saying you needed it urgently as we don't see notes on orders until we get to making your order. 
• If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us before you order and we will advise you accordingly as to whether the timescale is realistic or not. Adding a note to your order does not count as messaging us as we only see these when we get to making your order.
• We no longer do gift messages / gift wrap with orders, please do not add a gift message as a note to your order as we no longer send paper slips with orders to cut down on the amount of paper we use.
• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Jessica Hollie Gifts isn't responsible for delays due to customs.
