To see the date of when your order will be dispatched please refer to your order details on your Account. I'll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

All sizes for individual products are in the product descriptions. Please refer to these to see exact measurements.

During this time there are currently delays with Royal Mail due to coronavirus. The current postage delivery times are below


£3.95 48 tracked - 2-3 days.
£4.95 24 tracked - 1-2 days.

Rest of the world

£13.95 - 3-9 Days.

If you still haven't received your parcel within this time frame please message us and we can investigate for you.

If you contact us within an hour of placing the order we should be able to make the amendment if a mistake has been made. Unfortunately after this timeframe due to the way our order management system works, we are unable to make any amendments or changes to any personalised orders you have already placed.

Please double check your details are correct before putting your order through.

Please contact us within an hour of placing the order. After this time we may have started making your order so therefore wont be able to cancel.

We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges on personalised items.

No unfortunately we don't do customised designs at this moment in time.

Our couriers may try to attempt delivery up to 3 times, if delivery has failed they may attempt to return the parcel back to us.

We may sometimes be able to re ship these products at your cost, however this is not always possible. Items returned due to failed delivery attempts will be disposed of after 7 working days.

We are not responsible for any mistakes made during the order process. Please message us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake to see if we can catch your order and fix any shipping info in time.

Unfortunately if the order has already been sent / returned to us with an incomplete address. You will be liable to pay for postage again if you would like us to repost it.

We work very closely with our packaging suppliers and couriers to ensure that all parcels are received safely. However on the very rare occasion may be damaged or missing, we are more than happy to provide a replacement for you once we receive photographic evidence of damaged products or confirmation from couriers of missing items.

Any issues with your order must be communicated to us within 48 hours of delivery.
